If you use IMAP protocol, please enter the following in "Advanced" options of your mail client:
Root folder path: INBOX For a higher security, we recommend turning on SSL options for both incoming (POP3/IMAP) and outhoing (SMTP) protocol. To be able to use our SMTP server from anywhere, you should find the tab "Outgoing server" and make sure both "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" and "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" are checked.
